Sometimes it's hard to express to others exactly what value we bring to our work. Whether it's in a negotiation, or as a part of a team, or as we're trying to advocate for ourselves at work, with our supervisors or peers, it can be a challenge to tell others what value we add, how excellent we are at what we do, and how our presence matters. Know your value, be mindful of the challenges we face in naming it for ourselves and others, and empower yourself to articulate your unique value at work and beyond. We'll engage in dialogue about where your power lives, how to express it, and practice exercises that will help us to claim that value to share with the world.
